The second 2008 sanctioned Presidential Debate Commission’s town hall meeting with John McCain and Barack Obama will be held Tuesday, October 7 at Belmont University in Nashville. Roy Neel, chief of staff for Vice President Al Gore, is an advisor to Belmont University on debate preparations.
